When I first began, I noticed the incline and speed felt tough, especially since I have shorter legs, which made maintaining pace more challenging. However, breaking the workout down day by day helped me stay motivated and build endurance gradually. For instance, the schedule I followed steadily increased intensity — starting with 4% incline and speed 3 for 15 minutes and progressing up to 12% incline and speed 3 over 30 minutes by the later days. One important tip I learned was to focus on proper form, especially when working on an incline. Keeping your posture upright and engaging your core helped reduce fatigue and prevented discomfort. Additionally, I found wearing supportive shoes and stretching beforehand made a noticeable difference. Everyone’s experience will vary, but patience is key. It’s normal to find certain days tougher, particularly if you’re adjusting to incline or a new speed. Celebrate small wins such as completing the full time or improving your pace even slightly.
