Does eating at night make you fat? 🍔🍇🍟🥝
- let’s talk about it.
Many of us have this misconception that eating at night is what causes us to gain weight. This isn’t true. Weight gain occurs due to the total number of calories you consumed throughout the day. Let me break it down for you:
You eat breakfast at 8am-9am, consisting of eggs, toast, pancakes & bacon. At 10am, you have a granola bar as a snack. For lunch you have steak, rice & fries. Around 3pm-4pm, you have a protein shake. Dinner at 6pm-7pm includes pasta & garlic bread. Even though your last meal was at 6pm-7pm. You’ve already consumed EXTRA calories and therefore all the work you’ve been putting in at the gym won’t show or the scale won’t go down because you’re still over eating. Just remember to be mindful of what you eat. 🥦🥙🍔🍟
