Motivation for my girls ✨

Day after day, you train. You sweat. You work hard and you barely see results. I get it, I was once in your shoes & I wanted my results the next day. Here is some advice I can give you:

- give yourself grace & patience.

- consistency. consistency. consistency.

- show up for yourself even when you don’t want too.

- be mindful of what you eat. Make sure it’s quality over quantity.

- make time for your health before it’s too late.

- you think health is too expensive. Wait until you see your bill for illness.

- & finally, switch your mindset to “I get to my body” instead of thinking “I have to move my body.” Remember it’s a privilege to move your body freely.
