Disclaimer because I know people like to tussle on the internet. I’m well aware that what I labeled on the picture is not accurate. Just being funny to hype me up about making better choices.

Weight loss is hard but I’m reminding myself I can do it !

What is really having for dinner per the plate posted

- Turkey sausage

- boiled egg with crushed pepper, a little pink salt and black pepper.

- cottage cheese - I added mustard and hot sauce.

- airfryer mushrooms

- Tzatziki feta dip. - I wanted to dip my mushrooms in that.

I really hope I didn’t over due it with this plate. It’s a struggle to not over eat.
