I was craving some Rotel today and was thinking how I can make sure I'm getting some sort of nutrients out of this lol. I decided to use 🫑, and jalapenos as my “chips” of course eating rotel with Doritos tastes 10x better in my opinion. But making this swap made me feel a little less guilty about eating Rotel.
When I first tried swapping traditional chips with bell peppers and jalapenos to eat with Rotel, I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying it felt—not just flavor-wise but also from a nutritional standpoint.
