Fibroid Awareness Month 🌸

Hi all I know you usually see me posting my art or everyday content but I think it’s time to introduce other versions of myself.

I’m an artist 👩🏽‍🎨 but I also run every28days, a soft safe space for fibroid awareness, period talk and overall women’s body care.

Fibroids are more common than most people realize, but many women suffer in silence. Pain is not exaggeration. You deserve to be heard. You are not alone in this.

As someone who also lives with fibroids, this is personal for me and I want to use my voice to advocate for all of us navigating it.

We deserve better conversations around this. ‼️

If you would like to keep up with my mission follow on Instagram every28days

... Read moreLiving with fibroids can be an isolating experience, but creating a supportive community makes a profound difference. From my personal journey, I can attest to how vital it is to have a safe and open space where women can discuss their symptoms, concerns, and treatment options without judgment. Fibroids affect a significant number of women, often causing pain and discomfort that is misunderstood or minimized. Starting a dialogue helps break the silence and raises awareness about the real impact fibroids have on daily life. Sharing stories not only brings comfort but also empowers women to seek the care they deserve. In building this space, the emphasis on openness includes discussing overall women's health topics like period care and body wellness. These conversations help normalize experiences and promote healthier self-care practices. Whether it's managing symptoms, exploring medical treatments, or embracing holistic approaches, each story contributes to a broader understanding. Supporting each other through platforms like the Instagram community @every28days highlights the power of connection and advocacy. It’s a reminder that no one has to navigate fibroids alone—there’s strength in sharing, learning, and uplifting one another through honest, real talk.
