on top of these 5 supplements I normally also take omega-3 for brain and heart health but I currently don’t have any. there’s a lot of different options for B vitamins but the B100 has all the B vitamins that are needed. it’s also important to take iron supplements with food and separate from other supplements/meds that you take, otherwise it can make you nauseous and feel sick.
