Having visited Liguria myself, I can attest to the magical atmosphere that truly sets this Italian coastal region apart. One of my favorite experiences was taking the train between the villages of Cinque Terre. The panoramic views of brightly painted houses perched on cliffs, contrasted with the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, felt like stepping into a postcard. Beyond the famous spots, I found hidden beaches where the water was incredibly clear and calm, perfect for a refreshing swim after exploring the steep trails. Local markets offer freshly caught seafood that you can enjoy right by the sea — savoring dishes like trofie al pesto and freshly grilled anchovies accompanied by local wines made me appreciate Liguria’s culinary heritage even more. The charm of Portofino is undeniable, especially during sunset when the village glows with warm light reflecting off the water. For those seeking less crowded places, small nearby towns offer a glimpse of authentic Italian life with fewer tourists. Whether you want to relax, explore hiking paths, or indulge in fresh Mediterranean flavors, Liguria has something special to offer every traveler.

Last year November, my family and I went on a 3 week Europe trip. One of our stops was the Amalfi Coast☀️🌊 We went on a boat ride to tour all of the different Islands and had an Incredible time. Definitely bring your walking shoes tho cause the amount of stairs we climbed was insane!!! Am
