What Nobody Tells You About Weight-loss!

None really tells you that losing weight isn't just about the gym or the meals — it's about completely unlearning how you've related to yourself for years. I had to teach myself to stop using food to numb out and start using it to fuel the life I actually wanted. I had to come to terms with the fact that some people I thought would be there forever... couldn't handle my growth. That one hurt more than the workouts ever did.

But the hardest shift? Learning to stop looking in the mirror with disgust. I used to think hating my body would motivate me to change it - turns out, the real progress started when I chose to support it instead.

This journey broke me open in ways I didn't expect. But piece by piece, it's been building me into someone stronger, softer, and way more at peace.
