When life is slightly deflected

We feel like we've failed.

The economy is always changing.

Maybe it's easier to break than I thought.

So I like another way to think more.

Not to quit having a goal.

But changed from

"Adaptive Micro-goals."

Or simply put,

Instead of having one big goal,

It changed to

Several small targets.

That can be adjusted according to real life indefinitely.

The Simple Framework has 3 steps.

1. Set the big direction

2. Break into micro-goals

3. Measure and adjust every week

First,

Set the big direction.

Don't be so thorough.

"In five years this position will be the salary."

Just know that

Where do we want to move our lives?

Want to move the line

Want to have a supplementary income

Want to be healthier

Want to be better at AI

Want to make content consistent

Big directions are for us not to get lost.

Not having to pressure yourself every day

Number two.

Break into micro-goals.

Micro-goal is a small target.

"A tired day is still possible."

It's not.

"Must be good at AI within three months."

But as

"Try AI, help with 15 minutes a day."

It's not.

"Got to change jobs in six months."

But as

"Today Read JD 3 Position."

"Tonight, adjust resume 1 section."

"This week, make a small project."

It's not.

"Must be the content creator."

But as

"Three types of hooks are written today."

"This week, down 1 post."

"See where posts save a lot of people and write them down."

Very small.

But small as actually done

Measure and adjust every week.

This is the part that many people cross.

We often aim.

And when you can't do it, blame yourself

But maybe the goal wasn't bad.

Just how to do it doesn't match our lives.

If you want to read an hour a day,

And can't do it at all

Let's reduce it to 10 minutes.

If determined to exercise every day

And always dropped

Let's start with 3 days a week.

If determined to do a big project

And stayed for three months

Let's crack it up, it's a small job.

That ended in one night.

Target adjustment

Not surrender.

It is to make a goal.

More with our real lives.

This is what I think is better for the world now.

Because the world is changing too fast.

For a target that's too stiff.

What we need

Probably not a very exact five-year plan.

But it could be a small system.

That makes us a little better.

There are a few more choices at a time.

And not easily broken, what time doesn't go according to plan?

The same big goal could be

"Must change the line in six months."

Sounds serious.

But a lot of pressure.

Let's switch to a small system instead.

15 minutes a day. Try AI on real tasks.

Once a week, summarize what AI can do.

One small project a month to put in a portfolio.

Every two weeks, see which skills start to work.

Keep doing this.

Has not changed jobs immediately

We're not in the same place anymore.

We're starting to have skills.

There's proof.

Have understanding.

And there are more choices.

Falling and not very hurt

If falling against a big target

We could waste 3 months.

And feel like I'm not going anywhere

But if falling against a small target,

We could only lose 15 minutes.

Or just one day.

And then tomorrow can adjust again

Learn fast.

Quick fix.

Come back soon.

We'll start to "adapt" more easily.

What works → Continue

What doesn't work → change?

What's too heavy → Reduce size?

So it allows us to go on.

Even real life is not perfect.

Life is not broken because we aim too small.

But many times,

It's broken because we're carrying too big a target.
