Jalapeño Taco Sauce Recipe

This taco sauce is the perfect way to dress up your night and it couldn’t be easier!

1-2 Fresh Jalapeños (or more if you like it really spicy)

½ cup White Onion

½ cup Avocado

2-3 Garlic Cloves

Lime Juice from 2 limes

2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro (optional)

Olive Oil

Sea Salt

1) Roast the veggies on a sheet pan lined with parchment at 400F for 15 minutes.

2) After the veggies have cooled off for a couple of minutes, transfer them to a blender with the avocado, lime juice, fresh cilantro, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.

3) Blend on high until the taco sauce has a creamy texture.

4) Check for seasoning and add more salt if needed.

5) Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
