For the Big Girls that Need an Easy workout plan

Hey girlies 👋🏾

So I’m still on this version 2.0 weightloss journey, tryna get this 100+ pounds back off again!

Last time I focused mostly on nutrition and cardio. This time around I’m focusing on strength training? (They’re calling it body recomposition…or something like that)

Im using previously gained knowledge and experience to pick which exercises I do.

For those that are struggling…try this 🔽

💜Pick 3-4 exercises per body area (upper, lower, core and/or back)

💜 instead of the normal 3 sets, 12-15 reps or whatever….

❤️‍🔥 Try the countdown method and start with the highest amount of reps and work your way down.

‼️- you don’t necessarily have to do 50,10,40, etc. Start where you can but make sure the highest amount of reps really stretches you past that burn. Get really uncomfortable and challenge yourself!
