Insufficient or irregular sleep disrupts skin repair, causing acne to worsen. Treat yourself to a “beauty sleep” and give your skin the best rest it deserves! 🛏️

🔸 Irregular Diet

Overindulging in greasy and sugary foods can worsen acne. A healthy diet will give your skin the care it needs from the inside out! 🍓

🔸 Poor Skincare Habits

Frequently touching your face, using products that aren’t suited for your skin, or not removing makeup properly can all contribute to breakouts. Stick to a proper skincare routine to soothe your skin and reduce acne! 💆‍♀️

This year, the most effective acne product I’ve tried is this one! It helps regulate oil production, deeply cleanses pores, and reduces inflammation. After using it for a while, I noticed a significant reduction in acne, and my skin became clearer and smoother! Cut back on spicy and greasy foods and eat more vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables to help your skin recover and boost immunity. 🍏
