Setting boundaries is crucial when you’re navigating your mental health. Sharing your journey with communities like #brokenbuthealing can make a huge difference. It provides a space where you’re heard and understood without shame. This collective sharing offers not only support but also hope—knowing others are fighting similar battles reduces feelings of isolation. Love, self-compassion, and patience become essential companions during this journey. Healing out loud means advocating for yourself openly and authentically, even when it’s hard.
