Happy Friday! Today's book recommendation is Say You'll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez.
This was the first book of Abby's that I read, and the way she portrayed how you miss someone when you're in a long distance relationship is so real (on the other hand, their complete inability to plan future visits and live for the calendar and cheap flight tickets was very unreal).
Xavier and Samantha meet when she adopts a cat that needs vet care. They end up going on a date on her last day in Minnesota. Despite being weary of long-distance relationships, they decide to give it a go. And so we start to follow the challenges that they have to face in order to keep seeing each other.
I really really liked the story because it reminded me of my past with my husband, but it might not be for everyone.
