Honey dandelion sugar cookies!
Made these for the first time today and they were amazing!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed dandelion flowers (all green parts removed)
cinnamon sugar for rolling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the butter, honey, and sugar until smooth. Add the dandelion flowers & vanilla, then mix in flour until combined. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, then roll in cinnamon sugar and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes or edges are browned.
