🌿🍯 Lavender Honey Shortbread

The Ultimate Tea-Time Treat!

Buttery, lightly sweet, and delicately floral — Perfect for gifting, tea parties, or just treating yourself! 💜

Ingredients:

- 1 cup butter, softened

- ½ cup honey

- ½ tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ tsp salt

Lemon Glaze Ingredients

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1 lemon, zest and juice

Instructions:

1. Cream butter and honey until smooth. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly.

2. Mix in flour, lavender and salt until dough forms.

3. Roll out dough and cut into shapes.

4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes, until edges are golden.

5. Cool on parchment paper and prepare glaze.

6. Combine powder sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice in a small bowl.

7. Dip cookies in glaze and set aside to dry on parchment paper.

8. Serve once glaze is completely set. Enjoy!
