Additionally, mixing cardio sessions with weight training boosts endurance and promotes a lean physique. Nutrition also plays a vital role in supporting muscle growth and recovery. Prioritizing protein intake, staying hydrated, and balancing macros have helped optimize my performance in the gym and energy levels throughout the day. Ultimately, being a Musclemommy is about embracing strength and self-care, proving that motherhood and fitness can go hand in hand.
