Feb/March Empties ✨

Are we sticking to our goals of managing fomo and over consumption!? I love seeing my empties at the end of the month. I've slowed down a lot on shopping and am enjoying shopping my stash! I plan to keep all the body care and perfumes until the end of the year to see how much I actually use in a year.

🤔How are you doing? Are you on a low buy?

Over February and March, I noticed that my collection of Bath & Body Works products, especially the aromatic candles like Sugared Cozy Sunday and peppermint-scented soy wax blends, became my go-to for relaxation rather than new purchases. I even kept hand soaps such as the gentle foaming ones made without sulfates, which lasted longer than I expected. At first, managing FOMO was tough. I’d often want to try new seasonal scents like Irish Cream Poundcake or Hummingbird Tea Cake, but reminding myself of my goal helped curb those urges. Shopping my stash led me to rediscover favorites like Shea Moisture’s calming butter cream and Strawberry Pink scented candles, making my self-care routine feel fresh without spending extra. A key takeaway for me was tracking every empty and reflecting on usage patterns, which supports a sustainable lifestyle. For those considering a low buy, setting a long-term goal – like seeing how many body sprays or perfumes you finish in a year – can motivate mindful purchasing and reduce waste. How are you managing your #emptiesofthemonth? Are you also enjoying shopping your stash and embracing minimalism?
