Gas and Groceries prices got me changing it up!
Due to Grocery Prices and 54 more pounds to go, Military Diet is back in Full effect!Back to following the #militarydiet for 3 days a week and #keto #lowcarb the rest of the week!
It saves money and it's been helping get the weight !
Starting this back up on Tuesday! Between grocery prices AND this inflammation i'm fighting for my life 😭✋🏾
This is the plan going forward:
The first 3 days of the week we're keeping it SIMPLE, structured, and disciplined.
Not fancy. Not expensive. Just trying to reset this body and stop acting like every meal gotta be a celebration 😂
🥚 DAY 1
Breakfast:
• Grapefruit you can doing Oranges if you like
• Toast with peanut butter i use light English Muffins do to the fiber in them
• Coffee ☕I add my collagen and some creamer in it
Lunch:
• Tuna
• Toast for me I use Light English muffin
• Coffee or water i do bulletproof coffee at lunch
Dinner:
• Meat
• Green beans or any green vegetables extra veggies
I turned the following into a milkshake :
• Small apple
• Banana
• Little bit of vanilla ice cream because apparently balance 😭😂
🍳 DAY 2
Breakfast:
• Egg
• Toast any high fiber low carb
• Banana
Lunch:
• Cottage cheese
• Egg
• Crackers
Dinner:
• Hot dogs
• Broccoli I sometimes change the veggies up
• Carrots
I always turn this into a shake:
• Banana
• Ice cream
🍎 DAY 3
Breakfast:
• Cheese
• Crackers
• Apple
Lunch:
• Egg on toast
Dinner:
• Tuna
my evening shake consists of these ingredients
• Banana
• Ice cream
The rest of the week is focused on low carb and as much high fiber i can get!
Now LISTENNNN 😂
This ain’t me trying to be skinny overnight.
This is me trying to get my discipline back.
Reset my cravings.
Stop emotional eating.
Get my mind and body back aligned.
Because whew 😩… caregiving, stress, grief, business, advocacy, life… it’ll have you eating snacks like somebody’s auntie at a card game 😭
