What's the difference between trainers 😇 good and 👹 bad?
Fern decided to train with the trainer after playing himself and getting injured. 🥹
Today I want to share the good and bad trainer experiences so that my friends can decide if they want to open up to the trainer and what the results we should have.
Start with a good trainer. 😇
This person trains at Fit Junction's gym.
It was a trainer that made Fern change his mind and exercise. Unfortunately, the gym is closed.
1️⃣ is a trainer who teaches you how to breathe properly when exercising, how to plank and push up properly, which is a fundamental thing to know and makes your experience much better.
2️⃣ he doesn't record weightlifting. He understands that we've been hurt before and are concerned about this. When to gain weight, he will let us hold the weight to gain without acting to build confidence. Then teach us the posture systematically where to tense. Which muscles are working and will act before starting every time.
3️⃣ very good training attitude. He never talks about himself once when training and encouraging, but not. 👏
On the day we are tired, they will adjust the schedule. Or on the day of hard training, they will always inform first, such as on the day when playing legs or to do circuit, we will prepare correctly. When practicing, we will do it fully.
4️⃣ a very detailed person. Every time the train takes note of which train is today, how many reps, how many sets, and how to teach the temple with the measuring line, instead of sticking to the numbers on the scales, and also dividing the homework to practice at home and sending the trained table.
Someone who knows that taking notes helps with progressive overload. 👍
He was the trainer who showed us the first 11 grooves. He also talked about eating and sleeping. He taught us all the elements that make life better. We are very grateful for him. What he taught us is still used today. 💕
The bad trainer experience part. 👹
I'd like to say that I found almost everywhere. So I'd like to summarize 🚩. If you find it, notice it and run away.
1️⃣ the day of the trial to the gym, if he had no interest or understanding what we wanted, not listening to our views at all from the beginning, he would not listen to us during practice, putting us at risk of injury because he tried to stuff us to lift a lot of weight and ignore our injuries. 🥹
2️⃣ when you start practicing, if you are a person who is always complaining, gossiping, or just standing around and counting numbers, this doesn't pass because he doesn't pay attention to teaching, and we will be very uncomfortable with negative energy 🫠.
3️⃣ during practice, if we ask or tell him something, then he often forgets or talks to us uncomfortable, indicating that he doesn't have the desire to practice. For example, before buying Kos, tell me to send every practice schedule after practice (because he has written it in his journal), but we have to follow every time. 😰
4️⃣ menstruation time, we should inform the trainer because it will affect training.
We have met a trainer who tries to put a lot of weight on our little stomach. When we do not accept and say that he does not pretend to do this, he acts dissatisfied and says that we are difficult to train. 😤 This person does not go on.
🤔 Anyway, trainers are people too, there are ups and downs, but the difference that makes trainers good and bad is professionalism.
That can distinguish between work, emotion and
Empathy.
Hopefully you'll find a good trainer, or if you're training now, notice how our tenor is. 🥳
Who reads here? Congratulations. 👏👏👏
