Sprained my ankle!
I recently sprained my ankle playing volleyball and it was not terribly severe so far. I have kept it iced compress and elevated, but I do need to continue with keeping it healthy. Does anybody have any good tips?? I love Volleyball and I’m not willing to give it up because I twisted my ankle once!
