🔎 Let's find and convey the unique and fading menu of Phatthalung Province to preserve the folk food wisdom.
📌 Menu properties sent to join
• It is a Thai, folk or local food menu.
• Savory food, sweet food or snack food
• Is the menu near-lost or about to disappear from the lifestyle and memory of the community?
📌 Submission
• Not less than 5 photos of food menu
• Cooking Steps video clip up to 5 minutes long. Content includes Source Steps, Selection, Supplement of Raw Materials, and How to Cook / Cooker
• Clips for outreach through WFP (if available)
