Pomegranate fish & pork belly steamed lemon

🧪 Ingredients (3-4 places)

• 1 pomegranate fish (about 800 g-1 kg), scaly curl, gut, clean wash

• pork belly 150-200 grams (sliced)

• 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
