Instructor: Super attentive — she remembered everyone’s names, gave personalised corrections, and kept the class engaging.
Vibe: Calm, focused, modern yoga feels
Crowd: Mostly 40+ taitais who were very strong and flexible.
Difficulty: Beginner to intermediate friendly. A lot of attention to alignment and breath.
It felt like a very quality, boutique-level yoga class, not commercialized or overcrowded.
