Reflect, grieve, let go! 🍋

Usually as humans we would hold on to things, continue to reminisce on what hurt us or replay the past in our head. We can’t continue to live in the past any longer. I just want to encourage someone that everything is going to be okay. It’s okay to reflect but don’t stay there too long. In this season when ever you are seeing this post, let’s work on healing and restoring our selves. Give yourself closure, become that healed version of you so you can attract better things and be more happy and healthy mentally. Once you fix everything mentally it will show physically. Let go so you can grow! Let go and let God! Seek your peace 💕 and when you find it hold on to it! Don’t let it go 🙏🏼 I’m here I love you ❤️
