Scalp Massages For Extreme Hair Growth

Did you know that breakage and a sore scalp in the crown area are due to poor blood circulation in the mid section of the hair?

Why does your crown have poor circulation?

I discovered this from @greenbeauty.

Your crown is the top part of the head, so it gets less blood flow. This can cause soreness, itching, and  breakage because less blood flow means less nutrients, and oxygen is being flowed to that area.

How do you fix this?

1. All you need to do is invert your head for a few minutes and massage the area. Kinda like the inversion method. Do this daily, and I promise you that the soreness and tenderness will stop. You will also see improvement in the hair growth in that particular section.

2. You can also do onion juice treatments. Onion juice is known to thicken the hair and improve scalp health.

Bonus Reasons Why is your crown sore?

1. Too much tension from having your hair pulled in 4 sections.

You need to isolate that section, so instead of 4 sections, try 5 ( 2 in the front,  1 in the middle, and 2 in the back).

2. Tight hairstyles like buns and puffs.

Reduce the number of times you wear these styles.

3. Poor diet.

Ensure that you have a well-balanced diet filled with all the necessary nutrients your body needs to survive.

Additionally, I found that supplementing massages with natural treatments like onion juice can further boost hair thickness. Onion juice is rich in sulfur, which supports collagen production and scalp detoxification. Avoiding tight hairstyles like buns or heavily pulling your hair can also relieve tension on the crown, reducing soreness and preventing breakage. Instead, I switched to looser styles and section my hair into five parts rather than four to minimize stress. Don't forget diet! Eating nutrient-rich foods supports healthy hair growth from the inside out. Incorporating foods high in vitamins A, C, E, and omega-3 fatty acids made a notable difference for me. Remember, patience and consistency are key—massages won’t give overnight results but will nourish and improve your scalp’s condition over time. Listening to your scalp’s needs and caring for it gently can transform your hair growth journey.
