I always make sure to respect these rules during my visits. Beyond enjoyment, fresh milk also offers nutritional benefits, containing natural enzymes and probiotics that may be diminished in processed milk. If you’re considering incorporating fresh milk into your diet, try to visit local farms where you can ask about their dairy practices and ensure the milk's quality and safety.
