It’s amazing how combining physical and mental care helps me stay motivated and joyful throughout the grueling prep phase. Another essential piece of the puzzle is my diet. I've learned firsthand that no matter how hard you work out, "you cannot outwork a bad diet." Keeping my nutrition super clean has been critical in driving my progress and feeling energetic day-to-day. When I go grocery shopping, I stick to nutrient-dense whole foods and have developed some smart hacks to stay on track, like prepping meals ahead and choosing versatile ingredients.
