Recovery Day
Today was a blissful day with my massage therapist Jeremey, indulging in a trio of massage - cupping, deep tissue, and Graston technique. Each treatment offered its own unique benefits and left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
The day started with cupping therapy, a practice that uses suction cups to promote circulation and release tension in the muscles. As the therapist moved the cups along my back and shoulders, I could feel the tightness in my muscles melt away, leaving me feeling lighter and more flexible.
Next up was a deep tissue massage, where the therapist applied firm pressure to target the deeper layers of muscle tissue. This therapy was perfect for working out any knots or tension that had built up over time. As the therapist worked their magic, I could feel the tension slowly melting away, leaving me feeling like a new person.
