Perfectly cooked eggs—not overdone—provide additional nutrients like B vitamins and amino acids vital for restoring body balance. Adding a cold watermelon feta salad might sound unusual, but it works wonders to rehydrate and refresh. Watermelon is naturally high in water content, which helps combat dehydration, while the feta adds a salty touch that can help restore electrolytes. The combination of cucumber and lime, as noted in some professional recovery tips, also helps with light, fresh hydration and balances the palate. When preparing the eggs, I try to avoid fully cooking the yolks to maintain their creamy texture and nutrient density, steaming the tops lightly to achieve that perfect texture. Browning the bacon just right, not too crispy or burnt, adds flavor without bitterness. This breakfast is simple enough to prepare quickly but offers a professional quality meal that supports your body's recovery behavior.
