Cantaloupe smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cup of frozen cantaloupe

- 1/4 cup of milk of choice

- 1 scoop of yogurt or protein powder

- a handful of ice (optional)

Directions:

1.) add milk of choice, cantaloupe, yogurt or protein powder to the blender

2.) blend 10 seconds intervals

3.) use a spoon to move the ingredients to the center

4.) repeat 2-3 steps as many times as needed

5.) transfer the smoothie in the bowl
