Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup of milk of choice

- 1/2 cup of peanut butter

- 1 tbsp of nut butter or nut free butter of choice

- 1 banana

- 150 grams of yogurt (kid friendly) or 1 scoop of protein powder (regular)
