Conchiglioni shells and vodka sauce with bruschetta. My Nonna makes bruschetta different but I love this way 😋

Slice the French bread or baguette add butter, garlic powder and mozzarella cheese. Bake about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Then take them out and add pesto and tomatoes and some parsley if you want and it’s heaven ❤️
