It is so so yummy and looks so beautiful - it’s the perfect self care act to do when you need to unwind

All you need is a @Poppi 💗🌸 & some frozen fruit! I love mango & dragonfruit with the raspberry rose Poppi flavor.

I always feels like I’m on a vacation with a beautiful drink in the sunshine. Really anywhere can be a vacation if you bask in gratitude. There is so much to be grateful for that we overlook every single day because we focus on what is going wrong which only amplifies that in the end.

It’s not easy but that’s why practice is important. That is mindfulness. Be aware when the thoughts are not going the way you wish and have compassion for yourself then practice changing it around.

Breathe and think of all the things you are grateful for. Mindset is everything because there is someone out there wishing for what you have today so don’t forget to see it ❤️
