Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Sometimes it means you’ve outgrown where you are and need a reset—not a complete restart.
When I feel stuck, I remind myself to:
🤍 check in with myself
🤍 reconnect with my “why”
🤍 focus on one small next step
🤍 move my body
🤍 feed my mind and spirit
🤍 reduce distractions
🤍 pray about it
🤍 give myself grace while staying consistent
Progress isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s choosing to keep showing up when you don’t feel like it.
One small step today is enough to create momentum for tomorrow.
