AT HOME WORKOUT RESULTS: LAZY GIRL EDITION

this past summer I’ve been trying to gain a little more weight and muscle. here’s what’s worked for me so far, I’m quite excited to continue my workout journey and I hope to come up with new ideas and ways to keep up my protein.

1. drink plenty of water

2. stretch EVERY morning

3. lift light weights at night

4. increase your protein intake

5. watch YouTube workout vids

6. eat 3 meals a day

7. eat WHAT you want

8. go on daily walks

9. increase carb intake

10. trust the process
