Watching #withlovemeghan is a great reminder of the power of food, both to fuel and connect us. Moreso, we can take something so simple and elevate it with little effort.

This is a power bowl, rich in proteins, lots of vitamins and a healthy amount of carbs.

Items: Omelette with Indian red carrots, purple sweet potatoes, spring mix vegetables, aged cheese and mango passion fruit tea!
