- Hotel Wing International, Tomakomai, 3 nights stay. This city is about half an hour from CTS, about 1 hour from Sapporo and about 2 hours from Otaru (by JR train).

Accommodation is about 200 m from Tomakomai Station (South Side Exit). The North Side Exit of the train station is next to MEGA Don Quijote. There is a tramway from the station. We stayed in this city because of the snow fastival. Accommodation in Sapporo is very brutal.

Travel

This time we chose to travel mainly by train because during the snow, we didn't dare to drive at home.

- JR Rail travel. We buy a 5-day JR Hokkaido rail pass through Klook for about 4500 baht per person.

- Other trips such as tram, bus, subway. We use the Kitaca card (IC Card, which is the same prepaid card as Suica card and can be used throughout Japan as well). The card can be purchased in the JR train station with a deposit of 500 yen. The return of the card is 220 yen, which is deducted from the rest of the money in the card. If the money in the card is less than 220 yen, it is deducted from the rest.

After leaving the airport, because the weather forecast said that there would be a blizzard, we quickly walked to the Domestic Building to go down to the B1 floor, which is the JR train station, and then exchanged the QR code from Klook for a train ticket, which JR Hokkaido rail pass can reserve seats, and the train to Hakodate is a train that has to reserve all seats. We booked around 1: 58 p.m. Because in case of time, we had to take the train out of the airport and change the train to Minami chitose station, so we quickly took the train out of the airport to wait and have something to eat at Minami chitose station. Feb 7, 69 Hakodate trip

Open the day with Hakodate Morning Market. We do not book breakfast at the hotel. But go to breakfast here. There are many shops to choose from. There are many food chords. Don't remember the price. 😁 Then go to Koryo Kaku Tower (5-pointed Star Fort) by walking down the hill to Jujigai Station. Take the 5th tram. (See the time from google map.) Go down to GORYOKAKU-KOEN-MAE station and walk around 800 m. Walk through Lucky Pierrot, Goryokaku branch, so stop by the line. The fort costs 1,200 yen. If you remember correctly, the fort is almost 4: 00 p.m. At that time, at sunset around 5: 00 p.m., we choose to walk back to the tram at the same station to return to the shelter. Because we are afraid of the dark and walking on a snow-hard path, it is difficult to slip and walk with 7-11 as before, it is easy.

On Feb. 8, 69, moved to sleep in Tomakomai.

When we finished eating, we walked from the morning market to take pictures at the red brick warehouse on the edge of Hakodate Bay. The view was lovely. The weather was very refreshing. Then we came back to check out the hotel. We went to catch the train booked around 12.15pm. We enjoyed the sea view. On the way, there was a blizzard, we reached Tomakomai Station at about three and a half afternoon, went to check into the hotel and went out for dinner.

Feb 9, 69 Sapporo trip

We had been to Otaru once, but at that time we rented a car, and this time we were going to see the penguin. He was in Otaru Aqualium this year, and he had a parade show until February 23. 69 The way to get there is to take the bus at the bus station in front of Otaru Station, platform 3, but they will have an officer to tell us which Otaru Aqualium is on. The car will take us to Aqualium. It has an entrance fee of 1,300 yen (it is a very small Aqualium, there is a small amusement park outdoors, but it is not open in the winter). There is a restaurant for tourists. The menu is cute. We leave here for one day.
