Anxiety 😥 and Overthinking 💭🤔

Since I was 12 I have dealt with anxious thoughts, now recently realizing it is probably a bit more than anxiety. Either way, anxiety is something that comes with my human condition.

I often find myself up in bed late at night thinking too much about the past and the future. What helps you the most with overthinking and late night anxiety?? 😦
