Buying a house 🏠 💰

Buying a house was one of the most stressful things I have ever done. Like…ever ever. There’s so much that goes into it. 😅

The number one thing I did was isolate and save (not everyone can do this). I didn’t participate in retail therapy, extra spending, going out, none of that! 💸

When I did that, I was living at my dad’s (not paying rent) and was able to save $20k within a year. I used that for the down payment on my home! 🤯#moneyhabits #lemon8challenge #moneyhacks #spending #saving
