One thing I've learned is that patience and strategy pay off. Since certain popular cuts like beef ribs and fish can run out quickly due to demand, it's best to actively ask the serving staff as the meat comes around, ensuring you don’t miss out on those specialties. Also, given the substantial fat content in many of the cuts, pacing yourself is key to fully enjoy the variety on offer without feeling overwhelmed. Beyond meat, the caramelized pineapples are a good palate cleanser, offering a sweet and refreshing break between heavy bites. While some side options like chicken thigh or pork sausages are less memorable, focusing on the highlighted top-tier meats enhances the overall dining experience. In terms of value, the experience leans more towards a special occasion indulgence rather than an everyday meal. At about S$75++ per person and a total bill exceeding S$400 for four, it’s essential to weigh your expectations. Reserving your seat in advance is highly recommended due to its popularity.
