30 days to recover from tennis elbow.

30 days to recover from tennis elbow—stiffness, soreness, and pain finally disappeared!🥰

At first, it was just soreness when I stretched my arm straight. Later, even holding things would suddenly make my arm feel weak. 😞

Even though the weight wasn’t heavy, the outside of my elbow felt like a tendon was pulling it back.😔 I got used to switching to my other hand when passing things, pushing doors, or carrying pots.👉🏻

I once tried not using my right hand for an entire weekend, but as soon as I returned to normal movements on weekdays, the pain quickly came back.😫

One of the most awkward moments was carrying something halfway when my elbow suddenly gave out. I had to quickly support it with my other hand. ✊🏻

After that, I always worried I might drop things and didn’t dare to grip anything firmly.

Resting would reduce the soreness, but it didn’t solve the pain that came with using force.😷

A neighbor saw me avoiding using my right arm when turning a doorknob and said she had also dealt with tennis elbow before. 💫

She still had a box of Huayilang Patch💖 at home and gave me a few pieces to try. After using it the first night, I felt some change, and later I bought two more boxes myself.✊🏻

On the first night, after about 30 minutes of use, the tight, pulling “string-like” feeling on the outside of my elbow slowly loosened. 🤗When I stretched my arm straight, it no longer constantly pulled into pain. 💗

The next day, when I picked up a cup, my elbow didn’t suddenly drop or weaken. Normal daytime activity was not affected, and by evening, the usual “more use = more soreness” feeling did not come back.🤭

By day 5, normal gripping and light force use were basically pain-free. 🥰By the time I finished two boxes, carrying things, twisting, bending, and extending my arm had all returned to normal.🎉

Now I can carry pots, push doors, and pass objects without switching hands first, and I no longer worry about suddenly losing grip. 🍃I also don’t need to massage the outside of my elbow at night anymore. 💕

The soreness and pain have completely disappeared from daily life, and my arm has finally returned to normal.🙏🏻

... Read moreIn my experience with tennis elbow, I found that consistent care and the right treatment made all the difference over a one-month period. Initially, the discomfort was subtle but increased steadily until even simple tasks like carrying a kettle caused significant pain and weakness. Like many, I tried resting my arm, but the relief was temporary and the return to normal activities brought back the symptoms quickly. One of the turning points was getting introduced to the Huayilang Patch, a topical remedy designed to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. Applying the patch for about 30 minutes at night helped ease the tight, pulling sensation along the outside of my elbow. By the second day, I noticed I could hold objects without my arm suddenly giving out, and the usual soreness I felt after a day's use was reduced. The key was consistent use—after about five days, I experienced near pain-free gripping and light force activities. By the end of the 30 days, activities like twisting, bending, and extending my arm returned to normal, and I no longer needed to switch hands for routine tasks. What helped me most was combining the patch treatment with mindful movements—avoiding overexertion but also slowly reintroducing normal arm use to build strength without aggravating the injury. Importantly, this approach allowed me to avoid invasive procedures or heavy medications. For those struggling with similar symptoms, I recommend exploring topical treatments like Huayilang Patch while also incorporating gentle, progressive arm exercises. Consultation with a healthcare professional or a physiotherapist can also provide tailored guidance to ensure safe recovery. Tennis elbow can be frustrating due to its impact on daily function, but with patience and the right care routine, full recovery is achievable within a month.

Don't Lift Too Heavy... It's Not Worth It!
I know this is a controversial view. But I strongly advise against lifting heavier than bodyweight. Risk of injury goes up, and who cares in 30 years if your personal best is 100kgs vs 60kgs. It's not worth the risk. #deadlift #squats #deadlifting #benchpress #physioleslie
