30 days to recover from tennis elbow.
30 days to recover from tennis elbow—stiffness, soreness, and pain finally disappeared!🥰
At first, it was just soreness when I stretched my arm straight. Later, even holding things would suddenly make my arm feel weak. 😞
Even though the weight wasn’t heavy, the outside of my elbow felt like a tendon was pulling it back.😔 I got used to switching to my other hand when passing things, pushing doors, or carrying pots.👉🏻
I once tried not using my right hand for an entire weekend, but as soon as I returned to normal movements on weekdays, the pain quickly came back.😫
One of the most awkward moments was carrying something halfway when my elbow suddenly gave out. I had to quickly support it with my other hand. ✊🏻
After that, I always worried I might drop things and didn’t dare to grip anything firmly.
Resting would reduce the soreness, but it didn’t solve the pain that came with using force.😷
A neighbor saw me avoiding using my right arm when turning a doorknob and said she had also dealt with tennis elbow before. 💫
She still had a box of Huayilang Patch💖 at home and gave me a few pieces to try. After using it the first night, I felt some change, and later I bought two more boxes myself.✊🏻
On the first night, after about 30 minutes of use, the tight, pulling “string-like” feeling on the outside of my elbow slowly loosened. 🤗When I stretched my arm straight, it no longer constantly pulled into pain. 💗
The next day, when I picked up a cup, my elbow didn’t suddenly drop or weaken. Normal daytime activity was not affected, and by evening, the usual “more use = more soreness” feeling did not come back.🤭
By day 5, normal gripping and light force use were basically pain-free. 🥰By the time I finished two boxes, carrying things, twisting, bending, and extending my arm had all returned to normal.🎉
Now I can carry pots, push doors, and pass objects without switching hands first, and I no longer worry about suddenly losing grip. 🍃I also don’t need to massage the outside of my elbow at night anymore. 💕
The soreness and pain have completely disappeared from daily life, and my arm has finally returned to normal.🙏🏻
