Herniated disc for 2 years finally healed!✨ My personal self-care routine.
After one month, my herniated disc symptoms are finally gone.✊🏻 Hope this helps everyone (no ads, no selling, no promotion)!‼️
1: Hot compress, hot compress, hot compress. 🙏🏻This is a very useful method for herniated disc. I used a sea salt hot compress bag and applied it for more than 30 minutes every day.💫
2: After the hot compress, I also used this Huayilang Patch.💖 I directly applied it to the uncomfortable area, and I could really feel that the soreness gradually disappeared! 🎉It felt very relaxing!
I kept using it for about two weeks, and then there was no obvious discomfort in my lower back anymore!✅ Even after long periods of sitting at work or driving, the herniated disc did not come back!🥰
3: Because I have to sit for long hours during the day for work, I bought a lumbar support cushion, which is helpful.⭐
4: At night when sleeping, I used a lumbar pillow.🤗 It felt a bit uncomfortable at first because I wasn’t used to it, but I slowly adapted.💗
5: Pull-up bar training. Because my arm strength is too weak, I can only hang for less than a minute each time, but I still do it occasionally as a supporting exercise.✊🏻
About exercise: when I had symptoms, I did no exercise, just walked a bit.🍃 After the pain was gone, I occasionally trained my core and lower back strength.💕
Now that I don’t feel pain anymore, I sometimes even expose my waist when wearing clothes, which is not very good.🙏🏻 It feels like I’ve forgotten the pain after the scar healed. Everyone, please don’t learn from me!🤭
