Favorite spots during the Cali & Oregon roadtrip 🛣️

•Redwoods National & State Parks 🌲

Hikes the James Irvine Trail to Fern Canyon. A long hike but the most beautiful one I’ve been on. It’s worth the trek! So many redwoods and tonsss of ferns. One of the best ways to experience the PNW and see the redwoods.

•Crater Lake National Park 🗻

Driving around the rim of Crater Lake was breathtaking. Decided to hike down Cleetwood Cove Trail to get to the lake and enjoy the cool water.

•Lassen Volcanic National Park 🌋

Not only can you see bubbling mud spots and boiling pools as you drive through the park but you can also hike Lassen Peak Trail which takes you to the top of Lassen Peak, an active volcano. A rigorous hike but worth the panoramic view. If you want a more easygoing hike, walking around Manzanita Lake will give you beautiful views of Lassen Peak reflecting on the water.

•Mt. Shasta 🏔️

Beautiful wilderness and cute little city in Northern California. Headed to Mt. Shasta City Park to see and drink the Sacramento River Headwaters. It’s said to be a very spiritual place. You can feel that the energy is different there. 🌀

For a more hands-on experience, the Cleetwood Cove Trail leads you down to the lake shore where you can enjoy the famously cool and clear waters. Take on the Lassen Peak Trail to reach the summit of this active volcano for panoramic views that reward the challenging climb. For a more relaxed option, the walk around Manzanita Lake offers stunning reflections of Lassen Peak and serene scenery. Finally, Mt.
