My absolute favourite wellness hack has been wellness stacking. I’ve been wanting to read more so I started reading while walking ( I usually walk at 3-3.5 but slow it down to 2 mph while reading) I have finished 5 books in the past month. 💕#welnessgirl #habitstacking
