A7 pocket binder notebook
I got this on Aliexpress for around $6 CAD and apparently it’s from a brand called SWorld.
I really adore the size and the cover design; you can secure a pen at the holder, has pockets at the front and back, the cover seems durable too.
The looseleaf inserts are grid and blank paper, and seems like good quality paper too. And it comes with plastic divider tabs!
If you like the flexibility of a binder system and the small size similar to a passport on a budget, I totally recommend this binder to try out.

Finding the perfect organization tool can be a real struggle, especially when you're aiming for a minimalist approach without sacrificing functionality. That's exactly why I fell in love with this A7 pocket binder. Its compact size, often compared to an actual passport, means it slips into almost any bag or even a larger pocket, making it incredibly convenient for on-the-go planning and note-taking. One of the biggest advantages of an A7 binder is truly its portability. When I hold this binder in my hand, it feels just right – not too bulky, but substantial enough to be durable. The addition of a secure elastic band means I never have to worry about it accidentally opening in my bag. For anyone who needs to jot down ideas during commutes, track expenses on the fly, or keep a small, dedicated journal, this size is absolutely ideal. It’s a game-changer for those who want to carry their essentials without the extra weight. What truly elevates this binder beyond just its size are the thoughtful features designed for smart organization. It comes equipped with a variety of colorful plastic divider tabs, making it easy to create distinct sections for different aspects of my life. I use one for my study notes, another for quick to-do lists, and a dedicated 'INDEX' divider to quickly flip to important information, especially for finance tracking. The inner structure includes a handy card slot, perfect for holding business cards or a small ID, and a convenient pen loop ensures my favorite pen is always right where I need it. I also appreciate the quality of the paper inserts; having both grid paper for sketching or precise planning, and dotted paper for general notes, offers great flexibility. I even did a quick pen swatch and was impressed with how well it handled different inks without bleed-through. For anyone looking for a stylish notebook binder that truly supports a minimalist and organized lifestyle, this SWorld option is a fantastic, budget-friendly find that delivers on all fronts.
