Most sloppy Joe mixes have some sort of sugar to cut the acidity in the sauce. So, along with the typical acidic ingredients of a sloppy Joe sauce, I added powdered monk fruit sweetener (don’t judge lol). It was the only keto sweetener I had and it didn’t make sense for me to buy another expensive sweetener!!!! And it actually made the sauce taste really good! Weird huh… Don’t question it! Lol.
