Giving your gut enough rest allows it to repair and perform optimally. Clients who adjusted their eating schedule often reported waking up feeling less foggy and less puffy, which confirms the gut's need for overnight respite. Lastly, many people assume they have excess stomach acid, but in reality, low stomach acid is more common and can impair nutrient absorption while encouraging harmful bacteria growth. Testing your stomach acid levels, rather than guessing, helped me and others get personalized treatment plans, restoring balance and easing digestive discomfort.
