Getting started can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. I began by setting small, achievable goals. Instead of aiming for a complete overhaul, I focused on things like going to the gym three times a week, even if it was just for a 30-minute session. Don't be afraid to explore different gym equipment. Whether it's the treadmill for cardio, free weights for strength, or machines for targeted muscles, find what you enjoy. I often put on my headphones and just get lost in my workout, it helps me focus and makes the time fly by. Nutrition also plays a huge role in your body transformation journey. You can't out-train a bad diet, right? I'm not talking about restrictive diets, but rather making mindful choices.
